No refunds for disable skyride

Good day Hello Peter I haven't written complaining to you about a certain company in over a decade but I've recently been ****med yes sadly Capetown in 2022 full of ******** from reputable companies like Webtickets. Il try and make this short: on the 22/10/2022 a friend and I was booked at Sky hotel for the skyride R200 per rider but due to the weather the ride was canceled ....how is it my fault? I had 7 days to rebook or take a refund I tried to reschedule but unfortunately my friend left cpt so I was left to ask for a refund .Webtickets was a welcoming asking bank details to perform an eft just like how I payed for my tickets but this where the **** comes after 7-10 days like they promote but my money was never refunded to me watch out for Webtickets and it's lies cant believe pick n Pay are partners n sky hotel with them unless they in on the ****s as well #webticker********
