I erroneously booked the wrong seats , right at the back, while I'm near sighted, I wasn't going to enjoy the show, I immediately saw the error after downloading my tickets, and logged a query with web help the same time, it was after hours. The first thing in the morning Nevenka responded to my whatsapp request and my seats was swopped around, because they were still available.
