I bought 3 tickets for the Rocky Horror show. 1 of the seats was in the wrong row....far away. A whatsapp chat with a Webticket agent, requesting for the ticket to be changed that all 3 are together... Withing a minute... I received notification that my ticket/seat had been changed. Such fantastic service.
