HELP WITH CHNAGES

I tried to change a booking I made with Webticket. It took 2 days as the event coordinator also had to be involved. Despite this, person who assisted me on the phone was professional and friendly and helpful. Phoned me back the following day as promised with the info. Although I think the process can be more streamlined and simplified on the technology side there is only praise
