Good Service from Webtickets

I booked tickets for The Magic Flute online with Webtickets. However, on checking the location of the seats again, I realised that there were still seats available in an area we would like better.<br> <br> I phoned Webtickets and Happiness promised to organise a refund. The confirmation email arrived right after I put the phone down and I could then book the seats I preferred.<br> <br> Thanks Happiness!<br> <br>
