Good customer service

This happened on the 25th of August i keep on forgetting to write a review. So here it goes. I was invited to the ode concert. So there was a mix up with not purchasing me a ticket. So we tried but we struggled a lot with transferring money and getting seats but this one lady was so caring and patience. Even when they were closed see tried to assist us for an whole half an hour after duty. She was amazing her name is Nev
