Fantastic customer experience

I accidentally booked a double set of movie tickets and the Webtickets site stated that I would be unable to get a refund. I contacted them via their convenient WhatsApp service and was assured that the matter would be escalated. I received an update this morning, and this afternoon, I was refunded. What a pleasure!
