False Adverti*****t

I brought tickets online for the Tamia show in Cape Town, according to the website, you buy 1 and get 1 free. I brought 2 rickets and did not receive my 2 free tickets. I called webticket and according to the agent i was speaking with, she said it was a misprint because they don't give out free tickets, and there is nothing they can do about it. That is unprofessional, I want my 2 complimentary tickets because they had a false adverti*****t
