Extra tickets bought accidentally

I bought tickets for a concert, forgot to take out the first tickets I clicked on, and ended up paying for more tickets than I was supposed to. I emailed Webtickets to request a cancelation and refund of said tickets. Jody processed my request within 4 minutes from the time I sent the request. That's what I call service. Thank you Jody!!
