Excellent service

I paid for an event on Webtickets website using Zapper. Unfortunately there was a problem with the transaction and it was not clear if payment went through. After three unsuccessful attempts to contact the event organiser, I tried to deal with Webtickets. In hindsight I should have gone straight to Webtickets. They handled my query extremely timeously and were very professional. It is very refreshing to know that there are still people/companies in South Africa who do a good job. We are very quick to complain when things go wrong (which they often do) but seldom praise when things go right. The service I received from Webtickets was beyond what I expected and they deserve a huge compliment. Well done Webtickets.
