Holding My Business Account Hostage

My experience with Websure has been extremely frustrating. They are now forcing me to continue paying them even though I no longer want to use their services due to their poor work ethic and lack of results. I was never properly informed about a 30 day notice clause, and now they are refusing to release my fully paid for Eastleigh Google account until I pay another month I do not agree with.

Their work has been substandard. Landing pages either lead nowhere or worse, link to a completely unrelated free event coordinating package — which is unacceptable for a cannabis dispensary. This reflects terribly on my business and breaks customer trust. How do you allow a client’s brand to look this unprofessional?

I’m going to ask one more time, politely, that my Google account be released and we part ways professionally. If not, I will take this further legally — as you have also threatened to do in your email.

I would not recommend Websure to anyone who values transparency, reliability, or basic marketing standards.
