poor service

Shoddy installation, floor is lifting all over the show. They are confrontational over the phone. I delayed final payment due to shoddy installation. Followed by threats to lift the floors if payment was not recived within 12 hours. Absolutely no effort to compensate my loss to the client, the owner is deffinitley the roodest and un-couth person i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I had to discount Webster's product for my client due to the poor service and disgusting workmanship of Webster's flooring. No offer to compensat or meet me half way, not even a appolie.

This company should not be in business at all
