Worst service ever from WebsiteDesign.
Good day. Stay away from WebsiteDesign! I have been trying to get changes made to our website for almost 2 months now with not one thing done. For some reason they keep on saying they are are not getting access to the page builder with the same details another staff member by them used the previous time that worked perfectly plus I tested the access myself and it works. Now it seems like they are ignoring me, my emails and phone calls. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. Especially Wesley that I have been dealing with. They work in conjunction with SA Online who is also ignoring me and they have all our website access details. https://www.websitedesign.co.za/ https://www.saonline.africa/

This writer is not an activate client of our company. They are not hosted with us.
They were asking for work to be done on a project we did not build.
It took extra professional time to try to access the project and do an assessment.
In the end, we did not get access to the backend of the client’s project.
We also conducted a zoom consult with this client.
We did not quote in the end.
Their feedback is not justified and really unreasonable.
