Websitedesign "Theft" of my Money, due to there Terms and Conditions, with Nothing Designed

I Paid them in full R2530, To design a web-site, whilst we were on Lock-down. My Business took different turn, and i became an essential services supplier, thus not having Any time to send them my brief, for them to design my web site, and i asked them for an extension, due to my circumstances. They then cancelled my project, And have taken my money, with no refund Applicable. How can i company just ***** your Money, and not offer you anything. Stay far away from People like this, and Hopefully Karma does its part to Individuals like this.
