My worst experience ever with websitedesign subsidiary of SA Online and advanced projects. After me parting with R35000.00 for a website to be designed, what i got was a theme that you can buy online for $49.00 with 221 sales, yes my specs were correct but not to have 221 websites that look exactly the same when i contacted the CEO of SA Online to complain, he was not interested, i was threatened if i force them to go to lawyers that they will lumber me with their lawyer fees and costs. I first contacted SA Online, they then got one of their supervisors by the name of Leo a youngster that does not know the value of a customer, he the puts me on to Advanced designs to do the website after months and months in fact over 6 months i get something that i discovered was a bought theme.
