I would like to warn people about this sophisticated **** that website design affiliate of saonline.africa is running.

The **** is run by three gentlemen namely,Riyaad,Wesley and Aidan.

They purpose to be design websites for people and promise to deliver on the brief you give them.

Through my interaction,I gave them a brief of a website and they indicated to have understood it and promised to deliver. It then transpired that they did not understand the brief and I had to again communicate the brief. After this they indicated that they will charge me extra for what I required to be executed.I refused as this was no fault of my own and informed them that had this been indicated earlier that they will not be able to deliver this or will deliver at a fee above than what I have budgeted I would have not entered into business with them.

I then requested to terminate the agreement,I was then I would have to forfeit a certain fee of my deposit, where they sent me the terms and conditions of termination. I gave them the go ahead, from this point it became a back and forth battle, calls were not answered. I was the informed that this will have to be investigated by their affiliate SAonline before I was granted back a portion of my deposit. By the time they gave me feedback, it was not feedback to say this is where we went wrong and we would like to apologise for inconvenience caused, nothing like that. They sent me and email informing me that I will not be getting any refund, even though the project never even got of the ground. I immediately called Aidan,he answered the call and he refused to engage me on the matter when I requested reasons for this and quickly cut off my call.

They then refused to redirect back my domain which was initially held with another service provider but was now with a service provider of their choice.They then held it hostage and change my access password and was not able to gain access to my dash board so I can execute the instructions myself. Fortunately there are ways around this when you legally own a domain, where I was assistance by the service provider where the domain was migrated.

I paid R1500 as a deposit to a website development for my business and never received anything.

I therefore would like to warn people about www.websitedesign.co.za they are not a business but are online ********.If a business makes use mainly of cellphones and WhatsApp to conduct their business, please be skeptical and do proper research about that business.The best place to start is here on Hello Peter.Even if they have positive reviews, please look up their addresses and check all social media profiles.Mostly listen to your gut, if it tell you something is off, do not do business with that company.
