Bad service an poor website designing team

We requested Websitedesign.co.za /sa on line to make a website for us I regret every second of if. 1 they **** to me about the time 3times in the row which is even today they failed to deliver, I was assigned Thobile to work on my project instead it's like I have to teach her how to do her work, she can't even fix a simple word, she can't acknowledge my communication only when I complain its been a month plus 2days yet still the website is dull not yet ready the back round is white I've been asking for change they can't even do anything yet I get invoices for balance, I've approached a company to work on my website since websitedesign Is a night mare, they just quiet with my refund I've complained to Thobile, Leo, jp yet still I can't get positive feedback,

They service us so poor I have emails to proof this is some of our communication

This was supposed to be done by or before 20th March today is the 13th yet still I haven't got my refund or job done

I wouldn't advise anyone to seek assistance with this company the service is very poor, work is poor now 02:00 am I can't sleep due to the stress Im having with my website I need help with this people. If I have to send our communication to media to expose ill certainly do that
