I then contacted their support and was just told as follow “ Withdrawal can't process without the payment“. If i work it back it is every time about 10% of the suppoed payout value. I have asked how many other upgrades there will be after that payment and was ignored. I have never heard or seen in my life that you need to pay for conversion software to have a payout done to rands from dollars. How do people from the states transfer dollar currnecy to south africa friends and family without the need of a convesion software. Is there anyone i mean anyone that can truly say they got payment from this company and ehat hoops they had to jump through or if it is a **** company. If it is a **** company can we maybe get someone to trace the culprits arresf them and get our money back from them. Please help.
