Worst customers support ive experienced

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Once you purchase the product you get kicked to the bottom of the list and no person will speak with you only robots. The product is great but the customer service is terrible. I attempted to get a refund or even just technical assistance maybe 7 times in the last year to no avail. Firstly i needed technical assistance after i was locked out of my account (i could not use my username and password to login ) and could not acivate the product on my new pc or use password resets but luckily could still access the support page. this was in vain as i was just met with automated responses the whole year long and now i am told that i can't get a refund as i am outside of the period...i would have never been outside of the ****** period if they just rep****. I hate when companies hook you in with a great product and then the support is almost non existant. Once again , great product but worst support
