VERY CHAOTIC

We received folders with spelling mistakes on them, and the printing agency said that the mistake occurred during the printing process, They, however, delivered the documents without looking at the final product and they do not have the attention to detail as a plus point within their organization, we came to an agreement and fixed the folders, our next printing were leaflets we requested a mock-up print first and we received a letter fold leaflet which was not on our spec (Z-folder) & they told me i must fold it myself, i refused & requested another one cz what they were asking me was very unprofessional, waited for the 2nd mock-up instead I reaceived a full box with 500 leaflets while i was waiting a singke -mock up for the client to approve, called the and the senior was nowhere to be found left me a lousy email blaming me but she couldn't take my calls to talk about the email she wrote, it was a very chaotic process from designers to seniors, the ignorance and unprofessionalism were just other i didn't expect from them things
