Shocked!

SHOCKED! A4 manuals: only 13 of 50 were printed well. Many had pages in the wrong order, and others had ink stains. But the biggest issue was the way I was spoken. No apology. No respect, just crazy shouting at me "I can't speak to clients... I'm busy!" Fed up I then threatened to put a bad review online & they went more nuts & put the phone down on me. The work was reprinted & delivery was fast. Pity!
