Attitude that stinks and not willing to assist a customer

Very Unhappy with this company and the lack of care from them. I ordered business cards. My designer designed the artwork especially in the right CI Green and uploaded the print-ready file.

When I ordered I ticked Soft proof as it was free and now I am told I did not. But i have an order form showing proof at R 0. Also the artwork in the right CI. And then he argues saying I did not send proof.

When I say business is too good and I was willing to order I get a smirky laugh and was told to go write a review I must do what I need to.

Business is scarce in covid and small businesses must support each other. Obviously, they do not want my other business. And also how must a customer know they print in CMYK and not RGB I don't even know wat that means. I supply artwork print-ready in the right CI, why change the colour from a light green to dark green.

I won't recommend them as the snarky attitude when trying to resolve a query is just the pits. Taking my business elsewhere.
