I was ghosted after paying a subscription

I wouldn’t recommend them to build your website. So at the beginning of December I enquired about their services. Communication was great, they built a demo website and I actually loved it. Then I proceeded to make a payment. After I made a payment they ghosted me, and haven’t responded to any of my yes messages. I even requested a refund but still nothing
