I have lost all trust in WebinarJam

I have unsuccessfully tried to get the officials of WebinarJam to correct the wrong time zone for South Africa since May this year. It’s now been 5 months and they still say “we are working on it” It creates endless problems when hosting a webinar. Is anyone else experiencing the same problems?

Every time they say “it’s fixed now” but it’s still not working correctly. I have lost all trust in this product.
