Bad for business
Hi Kindly ensure that the following does not happen again (TO ANY BLACK PERSON) I was visiting webi imports JHB to buy a few parts i needed as i usually do upon arriving there i noticed that there was two customers before me i was greeted by the lady (invoice clerk) very polite.. Placed my order the two guys insured me they will attend asap, which i understand because i could see they both were busy but there was this young lady or young man that was just sitting there on he's or her A$$ and wiping the shelfs knowing very well im waiting on my parts to be taken out she only came to assit when this white lady came in after me and she proceeded to not take out my parts but only took out the white ladys parts And left my sales order F.. Kng laying there. the two gentlemen ended up helping me THANKS TO THEM... I DONT KNOW WHY THEY EMPLOYED A ****** LADY OR MAN (NOT SURE OF THE GENDER) FINALLY PAID THEN I HAD TO WAIT FOR MY CHANGE BECAUSE THE GUY WHO IS INCHARGE OF MAKING CHANGE WAS NOT THERE KINDLY ADDRESS TO THIS

So disappointed with this company, terrible service and they Lie to their customer that's been supporting them for years and spent over 100k with them. Loyalty means nothing to them. Courier guy attempted 3 pickups during the day and each time the parts weren't ready, several times i had to go through this negligence and having to explain to my customers why their parts aren't coming!! I would really advise everyone to think twice before going into business with them!!!
