****med by WEBHUNTER – Unfinished Website, Zero Communication

I engaged Webhunter on 13 June 2025 to build a business website, including an email domain and e-commerce functionality, for which I paid R2500. From the outset, the service has been extremely disappointing.

Despite promises, the website was launched with critical errors, an incorrect contact number and placeholder/inaccurate product descriptions. More severely, the website is completely untraceable on Google, making it useless for attracting new customers, as it was never properly indexed or optimised.

After payment, communication ceased entirely. My messages were ignored, and promises to fix issues within 48 hours were not kept, even after a week. I appointed a new web designer to take over, but Douglas of Webhunter has also ignored all attempts from the new designer to gain access or resolve the situation.

I have repeatedly requested the necessary login details for my website's backend, hosting, and domain, but these have been withheld. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, a waste of my time, and a loss of R2500. I strongly advise against using Webhunter services due to their poor communication, incomplete delivery, and unprofessional conduct."
