<p>My gardener dropped my Weber gas grill and the hinge arm broke off, making it difficult to keep the lid in the open position. I thought the unit was a write-off, but called Weber in Johannesburg on the off chance they could repair it. Wow, what great service! Rachel Graham took my call and within a day Tisha had arranged a replacement base for the unit and had come to my home to fit it. Now that is amazing service!
