Weber Barbeques keep no spares!

I have been trying since February to replace the rusted Flavouriser Bars of my Weber Genesis Gas Barbeque! <br> <br> Weber products are very expensive and they often use quality and after service as selling points!<br> <br> What makes it worst is that due to the excess heat and flames my Genesis has been damaged and burned badly! <br> <br> There has been many emails sent and received with the last one promising parts early July! Nothing!<br> <br> I have lost my loyalty to this brand and want to warn potential customers of these pitfalls!
