Webber Braai not the friendly bunch we thought

<p>I have a 57cm webber kettle braai and when I moved home I lost the 3 *****s that ***** the legs into the braai. I struggled to find the correct 3 *****s. I went to Hirschs as they order lots of webbers's &amp; to add the 3 *****s to the order, Webber were charging Hirsch's ie: Me R140. I said no and phoned the local distributor and he was not interested in assisting me. I was then lucky to hear of Action Bolt in Springfield Park &amp; I got the 3 *****s there for R4.00</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Bottom line is nowadays that companies are only interested in their bottom line, not you the customer enjoying their product which they charged you a fortune for because they spend the fortune on glossy marketing to get you to buy it but thereafter your on your own.</p>
