No Product Support

One would think that the prices we pay for your products you would have better service and better product support. I bought a meat thermometer 6439 (now discontinued) a few years back and used it a few times (maybe 10) and now the probe is apparently worn out so they say. I was told no spares available anymore and was offered the iGrill ii for a good price over a week ago by Tommy ****son which i said i would consider with additional probes like he explained. Well since 2/10 and this message " Hi Gavin, Will send a bit later today if it is in order. I am just assisting with stock take should be another hour or two max Regrds Tommy" i have heard nothing even after i sent another email which was read and ignored!!!!! Why shoulkd i continue to purchase Weber products and not move to Alva or MegaMaster like im considering?????
