Minus 10 stars would be too high a rating

I would love to give these guys minus 10 stars as they must be the most *********** bunch. Their on line store is a disaster and when trying to deal direct with them, the service just spirals downwards.Sad but they give a great product a bad name. Maybe its time to report them to their parent Company is the USA. I notice despite all their reviews , never have they even bothered to respond. It's either arrogance or just being totally unaware.
