Brand new damaged weber grill

I have struggled to buy a weber from the weber branch in Johannesburg. Once I eventually recieved my weber we had packed it in our container leaving for NZ. Once our container arrived I was excited to assemble my brand new never opened crimson weber.Uppon assmbly the next moment the paint chipped of off my weber lid.After numerous emails to South Africa and having NO responses.Spoke to weber nz and weber does not have an international warranty.Would not buy a weber ever again
