Webbers Main Street Port Elizabeth, extremely rude staff

I went there to exchange a sweater and as I came in I greeted the guy that was close to the door wanting to ask about exchange policy and he rudely interrupted by SHOUTING "SANITIZE"!. he then told me to come to him and I told him that I want to exchange, he grabbed the packet from me and took out the sweater and after closely looking and smelling it, left me standing there. He then came back after a few minutes and told me there were no more sizes. I then told him that if take something else then he said I can go take something and I them went back to him as he was still standing on the aisle. He then said I'm supposed to go to the till, so I went there and a lady there processed the exchange. That guy was extremely rude and I was irritated by the fact that I had to go back and forth to him standing in the aisle and not giving me full information.

Thank you for the prompt response. I have met up with the regional manager to resolve the issue. Thank you for taking customer service very seriously . I hope this can be a learning curve for all the staff as I will be visiting the stores because of your great clothing.
