WEBBERS KEMPTON PARK CBD ****TY SERVICE

I purchased some sneakers at Webbers Kempton Park CBD on the 6th of March 2020,and today the 12th of March i went in to return the shoes and received the ****tiest service ever.The staff had the worst attitudes and refused for me to return the shoes despite it falling within their 7 days return policy as indicated on the invoice.The staff had the audacity to tell me that 7 days had already fallen,but how does 7 days fall away from the 6th to the 12th??Instead they tried to tempt me into exchanging for another pair of shoe.But i had gone there to return ,NOT to exchange,as i was well within my rights to return the shoes. This was a ******* service in my books ,as clearly the staff cant even count days.I am so disappointed with this ****ty service and attitude from Webbers staff.I am never buying anything there again....
