Webbers Jabulani mall - Worst service of all Webbers

What rude an unprofessional staff Webbers Jabulani mall has. Wow as a manager if those were my staff they would be getting warnings. I came in with my sons after picking them up from a game at school. The guy by the counter yells for us to bring their bags fine no issue even though better approach could be used.

We then go to the back by the sneakers and the guy attending there just leaves. OK, we then look at sneakers and make a choice of which we'd like. No one attends to us, I then see a lady walking our direction and ask could we get assistance with a size. Did she not yell and stare dead in my eyes 'ngiyabuya' and loudly go converse at the back.

After taking it in I told my boys let's go and at this point I was so annoyed at this service. As if to say we are beggers yet paying customers. I usually buy my boys school sneakers from webbers but sorry after this I will not be supporting a business that has no value for it's customers.

I work in Management and I know how service can make or break a company even if the product is good.
