Unsolved issue

<p>I bought black pants at Webber's shop in soshanguve crossing instead of my problem being solved I was told that the pants that lost its colour black to brownish I must wait for the regional manager to take a decision if they can swarp those pants or not helping as I told them I bought them on 06/07-12-2016 used the pants as an cricket umpire on the 09-12-2016 there same evening noticed pants lost colour so sent them back on 30-12-2016 whereby I was told the manager was not present then I left went again on the 05-01-2016 where I found the store manager an old black lady who couldn't make a decision only not even bothering to call the regional manger to come first before her making a decision I've learnt and I'll also spread the gospel to other shoppers how bad and got unfair service from that shop.</p>
