Unacceptable service in tsakane mall webbers

Webbers tsakane mall is worse, service is unacceptable. I went there with my mother today to take out a lay-bye, we waited for an hour, they disorganised, they couldnt find our package, instead of apologising and ask us to give them more time they kept quiet and kept assisting people who got there long after us, when i finally asked the lady about our package she had forgotten about it, I asked her why they so disorganised why cant they have the parcels in decent order, she said she's working hard and long hours if I complain she can make me wait longer.
