SHOE RETURN

<p>A friend of mine bought me shoes in Kempton Park about 2wks ago . It was a gift and unfortunately for me the shoes were big. I took the shoe back and expalined that i got the shoe as a gift and my friend lost the receipt.</p> <p>The Manager then told us that we have worn the shoes and there is no way I can change. He mentioned that he has sold a lot of boxes and he never got any return and i told him that this can be an exception. I then ask him if its possible for him escalate the matter to his superior.</p> <p>We then asked my friend and he told us that he never wore the shoes . </p> <p>They said its a clear wear and tear issue but my question is If thats the case will they shoes still smell new . Will the shoe tear in one day. Is Webbers not selling quality?</p>
