rude and disgusting behaviour

I went to the branch at Elloff to get refund but was told that seven days has passed and I don't qualify for a refund I asked for a gift card the cashiers sarcastically said is there a gift card at Pep? How stupid do they sound and look! I left that shop and went to Webbers in Carlton I forgot to show the security the pants and was assisted very nicely by a guy whose name I forgot and all hell broke lose when the dragon lady Patience store manager told me I could have ****** the pants and she's so dumb like her attitude I'm like read the slip and check the tag on the damn pants and check the card number used to buy the pants as I have the card so. Does that mean I stole my own bank card also? She's like you could have picked the slip somewhere that thing undermines black people I don't know what's her problem just because I'm black it doesntt mean I ***** and she's black but treats black people like **** ,she needs a suspension to evaluate her attitude !she's disgusting the cashier was super sweet.I want Patience to call and apologise to me personally
