REFUND

On the 22nd of Dec 2019 I bought clothes for the value of R1600 at Soshanguve Plaza. I also asked them if it’ll be possible for me to return some of the clothes if is not fitting my son who was at Mpumalanga by then ,their answer was YES. Strange ,as I went there on the 10th of Jan to exchange some of the clothes as it was not fitting him and get refunded for the once they no longer have they told me about the 7 day period to return. The return policy is stated that the socks and underwear’s will be refunded within 7days due to hygienic reason and no refund on goods on sale. They gave me a voucher with I don’t even what I’m even going do with it as they no longer have what I wanted. That’s a very bad way of doing business, which tells me that if you buy at Webber’s you throwing your money under the bridge .
