No Refund awarded.

I recently visited a Webber store in festival Mall Kempton Park. I wanted a refund for my lay bye because I could no longer afford to Finnish paying it. The issue on my part was that I lost the slip... However I did have my ID card with me. The manager gave me attitude and told me I could not get a refund if I lost a slip and that I would get a refund only once they have called the head office. I then asked them to call, it was about 14:20 at that time.I then asked her to call but according to her they(Head Office) were on lunch and I had to come back at three. I came back and they told me I couldn't get my money back... I could only have it loaded on a gift card used to only at Webbers. The way they treated me was horrible and I hope something gets done because I want my money back!
