Excellent Customer Service.

Hello my name is Palesa, today I went to Webbers Alex mall and I was assisted by Nthabiseng and Thabo.Their customer service is excellent and it makes a customer feel like shopping more than they initialy came for. They were extremely helpful, friendly, had a wonderful sense of humour very polite and I received a one stop service because they did not have the size I wanted so they went an extra mile to call other branches just to make sure that I get what I wanted. I'm pleased to write this message and I'm 100 percent satisfied as a customer.

They had a desire to assist me with the laybuy I wanted. We as customers need employees like Nthabiseng and Thabo they really made my day and I will always make sure that I shop at Webbers Alex mall every month end.
