Complaint: Webbers Randburg

I went to Webbers Clothing store in Randburg and I was ill-treated by their employee Mokgadi Malatji when I wanted to exchange one of the items I bought in store where they didn't have the correct size that I wanted. She said" it is not the store's problem that they do not have the size that I need and they cannot exchange the item for me even if I can call their Head-Office no one will even assist me but I have to keep the item for my other baby which I advised that I don't have and she said I will see what I can do with tat item. She further said the fact remains they do have my money and I cannot get it back so I'll have to deal with it".
