Refund and service quality

Im rating this a 0, webbers mamelod mali...i bought pants in the 15th of Aug..returned them the following day because they are small..went and bought new pants ..as i was buying them for work....they refused to refund me for the first pants i bought....store manager very arrogant..he even called the area manager ...to confirm the refund ..he refused...very very poor service...they make it as if they doing you a favor by assisting you ....
