MOULD IN MY PROPERTY (TOWNHOUSE) COMPLEX

My townhouse is full of black mould and its constantly wet - the walls are wet - Its becoming all black. I have contacted the body corporate - but they keep on passing the buck and will not take responsibility as they say its my daughters lifestyle.. I have had an engineer and a leakage inspector to inspect and do a report. It was found that no pipes in my premises are leaking - and could be coming from the flat upstairs. They are not doing the necessary inspections and keep on saying we must clean. We clean one day and the next day its back. Its detrimental to my granddaughters health. I have since had to send a lawyers letter. I have on email numerous correspondence and reports regarding this situation. I pay levies every month which is not cheap. Another thing they say its because we dont open windows - have a communication from them not to have windows open because of ******ies. -there have been numerous in the property even armed ******ies so their security sucks as well. They keep on saying there is no leakage - there is no leakage in my pipes as confirmed by the report but there is definately a leakage somwhere, upstairs ..<br> Please advise<br>
