Reasons for Cancellation is a Fabrication

Webbeds.com cancelled my reservation after receiving their monies from Agoda.com. The reason for cancellation was 'hotel is fully booked. It's a joke. It's my anniversary and I find Webbeds.com and Agoda.com treatment of their customers as poor, distasteful and a fabrication. The management at Fountains Hotel were extremely sympathetic and did their very best to accommodate us and we just had to pay for a new booking. Will be suing them for my monies. Webbeds.com and Agoda,com just exposed themselves by giving false reasons and misleading us. The truth always sets you free
