Recall 2011

Never thought a company will provide such service after a recall on one of their products and that after 4 years!<br> <br> I searched the internet on how and where to service my vehicle sunroof which is a Webasto sunroof.Then i came across an article on wheels24 which dated back to 2011 , which explained of a recall on specific Webasto sunroof models with a link to Webasto website,here was a guide on how to check if your sunroof is effected. The next morning i received an email from Webasto Randburg - Brett rep**** immediately , we confirmed the measurements and set a time and date for the final check and fitment of the recall replacement.I went Friday30 January 2015 as per arrangement and the sunroof was replaced with no hassle , their service is excellent and friendly and i can recommend any one that want to fit a sunroof to contact Webasto Randburg.
