Recently purchased a new motor vehicle for the Mrs. (Renault Cleo GT Line -2015) having chosen the car based on the fact that we were informed that a sunroof could be fitted onto the vehicle which was obviously quoted by the installer themselves.

On the day that the car needs to go for the sunroof (2 days before delivery was promised to me by the dealership) the new car salesmen is informed by the installer that firstly they had no stock which then turned out to be that a sunroof cannot be installed in the motor vehicle in question.

Clearly the installers sales exec needs proper training on the quotation procedure as product knowledge is clearly an issue as the issue at hand would have been picked up at the enquiry by the vehicle salesmen.

Long and the short I'm highly irritated that the Mrs. chose the car on the fact that the added extras could be fitted to her new car which upon delivery is missing a \SUNROOF".

The only answer I received in this regards was \""I didn't know that a sunroof could not be fitted to this make of model\"" and number 2 from a senior in the company \""We are humans and we make mistakes sometimes\"".

Brand New car \""YES\"" happy Mrs. \""NO\"" ..."""
