Zero Customer Service

<p>Bought and paid for a NAS Drive only to be told its not in stock, Okay, so i wait the 4 weeks and then nothing. Leonard who answers the phone can never transfer me to anyone as they are always not available. Greig Orell the online sales administrator is never available even via email etc. I asked for a refund and that as well is now non existant.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company has no work or customer ethics.</p>
