Unbelievable. Disgusting. Absolute ****.

I don’t even know where to start. I ordered a R40k laptop from WebAntics around the middle of November. The product was out of stock and I was told to expect delivery around 28 November, I had to follow up on the 28th to find out where my delivery was. It was immediately alarming, they were able to give me a date all along, however when I followed up neither them or they supplier had an idea of product arrival. Last week (7 December), I emailed to check, and still the staff said delivery date is unknown. I said that I’d have to cancel my order and request a full refund, to which I was asked to please give them a few days and that they would contact me ASAP next week (so I expected an email today, 11 Dec)- I was also accused of not paying for the product at this stage. Today I emailed to cancel my order and request a refund, I still have been responded to. I have ordered goods from all over the world, from numerous suppliers, and Never have I experienced such service. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. The laptop I ordered is for a start-up company, and because of this delay my business is suffering.
